What we collect

• Details you give us — your name, contact number, and email when you book or get in touch.
• Care details — information about your loved one, such as the type of care needed, city, and any health notes you choose to share.
• Visit records — bookings, schedules, care logs, and messages exchanged about a visit.
• Basic usage information — how you use our website and app, to keep them working well and secure.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with the right caregiver, arrange and run visits, keep you updated, and provide support. Health notes you share are used only to deliver appropriate care — never for advertising.

• To confirm and coordinate the care you've requested.
• To send you visit updates, check-ins, and care logs.
• To keep our community safe through verification and quality checks.
• To respond when you contact our care team.

Sharing & security

We share only what a caregiver needs to provide care safely — for example, the visit address and relevant care notes. We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secured infrastructure. Access inside AnytimeSeva is limited to the people who genuinely need it to support you.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time, and you can opt out of non-essential messages. Just write to care@anytimeseva.com and we'll take care of it.

Terms of service

By using AnytimeSeva, you agree to these terms. AnytimeSeva is a platform that connects families with verified, independent caregivers and nurses. We verify, coordinate, and support — but care is delivered by the caregiver you choose.

Bookings & payments

• A request is confirmed only after our care team checks availability with you. Nothing is charged before you approve a visit.
• Rates are shown clearly before you confirm. You pay for the care actually provided.
• You can reschedule or cancel; cancellation close to a visit may carry a small fee, which we'll always tell you about up front.

Care & conduct

Every caregiver is background-verified, reference-checked, and rated after each visit. We ask families and caregivers to treat each other with respect and honesty. If anything ever feels wrong, our care team is reachable 24/7 and will act quickly — including arranging a replacement caregiver where needed.

AnytimeSeva is not a medical or emergency service. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number first. These terms may be updated from time to time; we'll note the date above and tell you about material changes.
